The EMF Consultation is an interactive assessment that generally takes 2-3 hours depending on the number of bedrooms in the home. We will ask you to take part in the assessment and point out sources of EMF within your home. We focus on bedrooms and other rooms where you spend the most time.

We measure three types of field: electric fields, magnetic fields and high-frequency radiation.

• What EMFs are and where they come from in a home
• Your readings compared with the exposure limits ARPANSA uses (based on ICNIRP guidelines)
• Taking readings yourself with the meters, so you can see the levels in each room

Readings are compared with the exposure limits ARPANSA uses. Some EMF consultants also quote Building Biology guidance values; those are not Australian health standards.

Summarising – At the end of the Assessment we will sit down with you and discuss the findings. A Report will be issued and should be kept as a reference to compare radiation levels if remediation is required. Where necessary, we will discuss strategies to reduce EMF levels with effective and verifiable solutions that will suit your budget.

At the end you know exactly what is in your home, measured room by room, with a written report to refer back to.
