Peter came over after a storm and did an after hours emergency on a Saturday evening. Cheerful, friendly, helpful. Got me back up and running and made it to my Saturday dinner, and will have him back to do a more thorough fix to everything! Highly recommend.

I was let down by another electrician who said he couldn't respond to my emergency call until midnight! So I found Peter at Ambient Electrical who assured me he could be here in 1 hour - and he was! Very happy with his service, would trust him with future jobs and recommend him to my friends.

Peter turned up on a Saturday on short notice to help me out (my power was not functioning at all). He was friendly, helpful (navigating ancient wiring in my roof cavity) and very reasonably priced - I would definitely use him again.

Peter's been our household sparkie for more than 10 years. He's always reliable and attentive. He's done a lot of our wiring so he knows it well and can get straight to the nub of a problem when it arises.

We engaged Peter of Ambient Electrical recently on three occasions for home electrical. It's an old house and an emergency electrician suggested we needed a whole new meter box and wiring which would have cost a bomb. Peter explained why that wasn't needed and repaired everything quickly and efficiently, at a reasonable price. He communicated well, was always punctual and reliable and did great work. His consultation and attention to detail are excellent. He went out of his way to install a sensor light over the front door that matched the exact colour so it was concealed and arranged it so it only lights up after dark. The little details make all the difference! Highly recommend and have since passed on his details to a number of friends trying to find reliable tradespeople.

I recently used Peter on two occasions, the second of which required quite a complex installation of extra circuits to the lower floors of my house.

He completed the jobs in a very efficient and effective manner, and took time to formulate a plan for , what was a particularly difficult task to find a way of getting the new circuits installed.

Peter is absolutely amazing. I called because of his high review and to date disappointed in other electricians. He responded promptly, made himself available despite his busy day and arrived on time. Then he repaired a light and fan in less than an hour that another electrician (good rep) said he had no idea what to do and it would need 2-3 hours to work it out. He was equally quick to respond when we had a complete power outage. Keeping me up to date. A very responsive, skilled, punctual, supportive technician. He deserves a 5/5 score. Higher if I could.
